mintydeck Get on the kit list

Privacy

The only personal data this site asks for is your email address, when you join the kit list. Here is what happens to it.

Last updated .

What I collect

When you join the kit list: your email address, the version you said you'd most likely buy (DIY kit, Assembled or Not sure yet), and when you signed up. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to make.

What it is for

To email you when kits open, and to count how many people want each version so I know how many of each to make. I don't sell or share the list, and I don't use it for anything else. No newsletter.

Where it is kept

The list is held by Kit, an email service in the United States, which stores it and sends the email for me. Kit's privacy policy covers what it records when a form is sent.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles every request to it and processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep attacks out. Cloudflare's privacy policy has the details.

Cookies and tracking

These pages set no cookies and run no analytics, ads or tracking scripts. The fonts are served from this site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or any other font service.

Payments

Nothing is for sale on this site yet, and it never asks for card details. When kits go on sale, checkout will happen on a payment provider's own page, and this page will say which one.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email from the list has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, at any time, by emailing hello@mintydeck.dev. To change the version you picked, email me from the address you signed up with. If you are in the EU or the UK, I rely on your consent to hold your address, you can withdraw it whenever you like, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The kit list is not meant for anyone under 13.
